Been looking to aquire this one for a long, long time and it finally came up for sale. What a gorgeous cel! From Tenchi in Tokyo series. What a great capture of Ryoko's many personalities. Comes from the final episode, and final scenes, of Tenchi in Tokyo series - episode 26 "Payback". Sketch is actual frame from the show.
